Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed when Phoenix Travel & Tours has accepted the request and provided confirmation. Prices are shown in AED and may vary for private vehicles, seasonal offers, tickets or additional activities.
Pickup and participation
Guests must provide accurate hotel or meeting-point details and be ready during the confirmed pickup window. Guests should follow guide instructions and disclose relevant mobility, medical or dietary needs before travel.
Cancellation and changes
Free cancellation is generally available up to 24 hours before pickup. Late cancellations, no-shows and missed pickups may be charged. Weather, road conditions, government restrictions or supplier issues may require a route change, reschedule or refund discussion.
